B-cell leukemia is a type of blood dyscracia that is associated with exposure to Agent Orange, mostly during the Vietnam War. Specific proteins form on the surface of white blood cells (leukocytes), which, in cases of leukemia, are out of balance in terms of the components of the blood. There are too many leukocytes, which then attack the red blood cells. B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia is abbreviated BCLL. It IS leukemia; it is not used to fight leukemia.
